Sister in law Won here first bikini show !!!

My sister in law (Sarah's sister) Emily won her show this past weekend...It was the Tri State Natural show here in upper Iowa...

I started her diet about 15 weeks ago at 142lbs and on the day of the show she was 112lbs ... It was a hard diet, but she stuck to it, like a champion does...Im very, very proud of her...!!! On to Jr.Nationals now !!!

do you think she should be a tad harder for Jr.Nats in bikini ? or you think she is just right...I talked to Ernest Bea at the show, and he said she is perfect and just to keep her in that conditioning..but im still thinking to get her abs a tad harder (more of an outline) and maybe a touch more in the glute/hams area...
