six weeks post quad tear. put a few pounds on...pics taken today.

its been almost 7 weeks since i tore all muscles of my quad and the musculotendonous junction above my knee. i havnt been able to do any leg work accept straight leg dead lifts 1x/week and my spinning bike.

ive gained ~10lbs due to not being able to run or do any leg work.

the cut/shadow you see on my left leg (side with watch) is one of the tears.i think it looks freaky!

hahaha thanks guys. the pink cover is mine. :naughty: i bought a 3 pack and one was pink. my daughter is all about it so if it makes her smile it makes me smile.
i have lost some size in my legs but that was expected. ill get em back!

Nothing wrong with a pink phone , i wear somthing pink every day (breast cancer awareness) I even have a pink beenie i wear to the gym when it gets cold enough.

Keep on rocking man , what does the Dr think of your recovery process?

doctor is very happy with the recovery. he gave me the green light to start building it back up and left my next appt as "open". in other words, unless i have a problem i dont need to go back! injury was exactly 8 weeks ago today.

What's does that last sentence mean? You took rips while recovering?
Are you on any AS right now.

yes, ive been on rips for quite a while. i upped my dose from 4iu mon-fri to 6iu 7days/week. im currently lowering the dose because my fucking hands are numb 50% of the day and alot at night. to the point i cant sleep.
