its been almost 7 weeks since i tore all muscles of my quad and the musculotendonous junction above my knee. i havnt been able to do any leg work accept straight leg dead lifts 1x/week and my spinning bike.
ive gained ~10lbs due to not being able to run or do any leg work.

the cut/shadow you see on my left leg (side with watch) is one of the tears.i think it looks freaky!
