Slin @ only 5iu?

This. Even 10 iu r you'd have a hard time going hypo as long as you eat like you normally would. I currently use 30iu a combo of r/log and some oatmeal, pack of poptarts, and gatorade intra workout keeps my blood glucose around 80 post workout.

So maybe a 50g whey, 50g carb, 10g creatine, 10g glutamine, 10g amino shake after my shot and just sip it u til the end of my workout, maybe another 25g shake post workout? A solid meal post workout?

yes, no need for a second shake
start sipping the first shake 15mins post injection (thats when you start working out) and throughout the workout... you can put 75g carbs or so in that one, but i wouldnt use more than 15g carbs per iu, a tiny dosage like 5iu cant shuttle that many carbs.

This is good but seriously 15 carbs per IU is just overkill. 10 is safe and I guarantee you won't go anywhere near Hypo with 10 carbs. I mean an Intra EAA drink with 10 grams of glutamine would easily keep you insured for a simple 5iu. At 5iu, your barely putting a dent in your insulin levels plus you have carbs before and after which already makes your insulin high. 5iu is a very small dose as Jizzmo said your not gonna want to expect too much from this.
