This. Even 10 iu r you'd have a hard time going hypo as long as you eat like you normally would. I currently use 30iu a combo of r/log and some oatmeal, pack of poptarts, and gatorade intra workout keeps my blood glucose around 80 post workout.
So maybe a 50g whey, 50g carb, 10g creatine, 10g glutamine, 10g amino shake after my shot and just sip it u til the end of my workout, maybe another 25g shake post workout? A solid meal post workout?
