Ok so I'm taking 8 units per day of slin eating 30 carbs per unit for a total of 240 my question is I did not include my super pump which three scoops is 24 carbs and my protein shake at night which is 20 withh these 50 carbs put on fat?????? I take myofusion protein so it's 5 carbs 2 sugars per scoop

I was taking 10iu's and just had cell tech 15 min after and it worked for me
 
10 carbs per iu is plenty. You shouldn't take slin without studying first. Also, get a glucose meter, so you can see your blood sugars rocket at 240.

though.....there is a bit of experimenting that MUST be done
to find your proper range.....or slin will be useless to you
 
What is idea when you use slin as far as where to keep your blood sugar? I started at 10g carbs per iu and have upped the slin to where I'm getting around 7g carbs per iu , my blood sugar is higher (120ish) after the shot then my shake and stays higher for several hrs after that before dropping back to normal (high 70's-low 80's)

would cutting the carbs back so that their is very little rise in blood sugar be benificial as far as keeping fat gain to a minimum?

Yes. This is where the experimenting that tenny was referencing comes into play. I have heard that if you use just enough carbs / iu as to not let your BG get above 100-105 (or below 70, of course) your gains will be optimized without excess adipogenesis.
Hypothetically, use your 7g/iu as a base line for comparison - try 6g/iu and measure BG every 15 min. Keep glucose tabs on your person just in case. Then try 5g/iu. Find what works best for Gunsmith.

this is why i chose to use humalog pre workout, 12ui's and i can consume as many carbs as i want without gaining any fat. The muscles just swell, and the workouts get more intense. I intake upwards of 300grams of carbs within the 3 hour window, still got a six pack.
