Dexa results or no results it is absolutely clear you have made a huge transformation i bet you feel like your on top of the world. You should be very very proud, so many people complain and want to turn there life around, you are doing it through hard work and consistently pushing. Really has brightened my day up seeing this, as to many people are to weak to change there own life !!

Thanks! I am proud and grateful for what I've accomplished so far.

You know, its funny. I have a lot of people now ask me how I did it, what was my "secret", what magic fat loss pill did I take, etc. I start trying to talk to them about the diet, cardio, and you can tell in about 2min they lose interest, as it just wasn't the answer they wanted to hear. I've almost given up on trying to help people and talk them into changing their diets, as I've noticed that people won't do anything about their situation until they really want/need to. Especially if you can't just take a pill and continue doing what they're already doing.

Like some of you I was curious about my look not really reflecting the bf% from the DEXA. Found a place with a Bod Pod nearby and did that today. I was pretty surprised, figured it would be a good bit higher.

What do some of you think the reasoning is for me not "looking" the 12.7%? Especially in the stomach area.

Damn sorry Al, for some reason I thought someone new was jumping in the conversation.

First I think just under 13% is about right and puts you about -3% on the dexa which is the same as I was averaging. My second thought is that either your cycle or nutrtion (or both) has you retaining a lot of water weight which adds to the bloated look. I'm gonna send you a PM.
