(i do strongman now)
I finally got up to the 270 mark. So i decided to take some pics, i havent taken any in a while. I would also like to thank phil hernon, i been using his diet/training philosophies for about a year now. (i know i havent been emailing Phil, but i get exactly what you preach by now) . I highly recommend him, if you want to be able to grow/relax on your own. He really teaches you on how/why you do things and makes it easier on yourself. It took a while getting used to, but in the end, i wouldnt change the way i do things...... forever. The past year has been great for both gains in size and strength.
