My wife is gone shopping this evening, so I was bored waiting for her, so thought I would try out couple phone pics. Just trying to keep myself accountable and motivated! I still promise to get some 6 week full body pics up when the time comes. Still, need to keep shredding that fat!!

Were these all taken at the same time? In the second pic it looks like you have a little belly but the third pic your abs look ripped.

5'6, 181lbs in these pics...I plan on competing at 176lbs which is middleweight. Thanks bro.

Yes, all were taken tonight. I just am not flexing it at all, just relaxing my tummy there. It was kinda of hard to snap that pic being twisted like that, but yes they were taken all tonight! I can do alot of weird things with my stomach when I am getting leaner for some reason.

Thanks bro. My target goal/competition is May 30th. I am shooting for the Muscle Mayhem Championships in Kansas City, MO. Aiming to be a middleweight! I have not competing in two years because I got married last year and that comes first!

Yeah, I need to watch that alien that seems to want to come out of my belly in that shot, definitely will not be putting that shot in my posing routine, well of course I will more cautious next time

The wife decided to pull me out of bed early today and get my ass to the gym at the crack of dawn...gotta love her. We trained together and had a pretty darn good workout. She is a little fireball and a great workout partner. Here is a couple phone pics from the gym. She is doing a pull-up in the first pic and I just have a pic of doing a double bicep at the gym. I am so proud of her progress as well!
