These are probably a year old. My legs and chest and bi's are bigger now, but still 5'9 1/2 at 165lbs. Trying to fill in some more hopefully from this test dbol cycle.

until you have reached you natural

Bro, I aint trying to beat a dead horse. BUT, you could train natty for a cpl more years then hit up 'the gear' if you are still inclined. Like alfresco said, if you really bust your ass you could easily look very good and put on some good wgt along the way with a simple clean diet and heavy a$$ wgts. Maybe even hire Phil or someone along those lines. Probably not what you want to hear but it is fact. I have to believe your are far from your natural genetic potential.
 
not to beat a dead horse again but after being around this whole thing for over 20 years the guys that max out naturally then go chemical....... seem to do better and do it for longer just my 2 cents.

thanks everyone. I appreciate the info. I am thinking of competing next year, but we'll see.

my cycle is 400to 500mgs of test for 10 weeks
20 to 40mgs dbol. weeks 1-6 We'll see how I react to it.

bro I'm same height 5 9' and never even considered a cycle until I was at least over 200. Even if you a hard gainer u should be able to reach 185 natural with good diet and training. You have at least another 20 pound before your even 185.

How old are you?

I really hate making this kind of posts.

32 years old. been training seriously 2.5 years, but have always surfed and played sports.

I take in at least 1-1.5 grams of protein a day if not more, and just doubled that. I eat very clean, but have been doubling up on the crabs. fish,steak,tuna, steak. a lot of red meat. eggs, oatmeal, fruits. Lately I have been training with some guys who compete, so I have been going heavy.

Their heavyweights, so I am enjoying the motivation. I burn of the carbs so quick. 4 exercises usually 10,8,8,10 increasing the weight each set. Two body parts a day. I use to do one body part until i hooked up with these cats from my gym.

12,10,8,6 then a drop set is what i was doing for the last couple months.
