YES YES I KNOW these are piss poor quality. I had to take these alone and my cam shows a good clear picture until I get them downloaded on to my computer.
I had some leg pics, but I am so white and they came out so hazzy you cannot tell they are legs.
LOOKING VERY THICK STEAK.. very good progress... as for the huge head.. i have the official record in the gym i used to own.. not only huge but, very mis shapened.. i was awarded bonus points for that..
Not sure if you know this or not, but if you hold the shutter button on your camera half way down for a few seconds before you take the pic, the pictures will come out much clearer..
to be honest, I do not do traps...traps dominate most of my back movements, I have been focusing on not using them as much during bent over rows and low rows.
Also during side lateral raises, I try and keep them relaxed.
well these legs are far too white and hairy to be posting let me trim them up and get some color on them.

I do have to thank PHIL for all his advice. I need to get back with him and iron out some detail stuff, but for the most part, he got me out of my plateau and growing again.
