Here are a few new pics I know my legs aren't very developed when it comes to bodybuilding standards, but I'm happy with them. I don't really want any more mass, as I'm more into speed and endurance, so I only hit them once per month.

Compliments usually don't do a lot for me coming from most people, but coming from you guys it does mean a whole lot. Thank you for kind words. Just for reference I know I posted these before but this was May 29th (6 weeks & 2 days before the above pics)

Honestly I'm usually in shape 7-9% year round but this was during a complete break from every thing. Training and dieting. I also fattened up a bit on purpose
