So I bartend for chili’s and we do a St. Jude’s fundraiser for children that cannot afford medical treatment for cancer. I was one of those youngsters at 17.

So if you visit Chili’s for good and/or drinks think about donating to the children.

We raise millions for those kids fighting for their lives and I’ve never been happier to work for someone who is willing to give 100% of all proceeds to help ensure these children have a life and can be cancer free.

Just food for thought. And hey... the foods good too.

You can also mail them money, and they give you gifts like stickers (with your name and address you can paste onto letters) as a thank you

I volunteered at a childrens hospital for a long time and god did that shit hurt my soul. Then the way some of the moms acted with it made me hurt for the children even more, it's such a terrible thing all around. I eventually had to stop because the kids I was closest to had passed, god rest their soul, and I felt like it had become counter productive with some of the moms.....bad stories about that.


Not the biggest fan of chilis but thanks for the heads up I'll keep in mind next time my friends wanna go eat somewhere.

theyre amazing. I get asked at times “do they get this money or does chili’s get some”

I try to act not offended. Then of course their paranoid they leave not even a dollar.

I’m putting together some baskets with a fellow bartender to be delivered to the hospital.

I Couldn’t imagine the pain cancer must cause at that tender age. A paper cut can bring a child to tears.

Cancer in kids is nearly proof the devil exists. Or maybe the special ones are taken bc the lord needs them bc they are the special chosen ones (yes I am a Christian)
