Staph Infections- Treatments??

Aloha,
3 staph infections in 3 years. MRSA and emergency surgery on my rt. quad and tons of antibiotics 3 years ago. In December 09, pneumonia rt. lung with staph areus, ICU 5 days, isolation for 4 days, all kinds of antibiotics. Last week MRSA eruptions, no antibiotics. I used natural ingredients, one of which is stabilized Allacin. 95% improvement w/o antibiotics.

Any experiences dealing with staph and protocol used would be great to hear.

Had MRSA before and used antibiotics and the infection was gone in days. In the gym and locker rooms make sure you disinfect machines before using them. There are some nasty guys that work out at the gym so wiping them down first may help. Other than that bro my advice is see a doc.

Hey Bro i got MRSA last year and had to have 2 operations on my forearm and was on anti-biotics for around 5-6 months.I got it through football practice.The i understand it is you are a carrier of it or u contact it.Just because u get it through contact doesnt make you a carrier of it.With having it 3 seperate occasions you may be a carrier of it and didnt know it.

Carrier- and wipe down the machines - good points. Have also found out that antibiotics can 'control' staph, but the specialists are saying that they don't get rid of it. According to the 'experts' pretty soon antibiotics won't work at all.

Thanks for the input. One thing is for sure - MRSA and staph are nasty sh*t.

Hey Bro I have had MERSA 3 times in about 5 month window I kept on going to the same Clinic and of course they gave me the same thing, Bactrim. I've got to tell you the last time I had it the Doc raised my dose, I think it was over double my previous amount it might have been trip all I remember was it was hard as heck to get my prescription filled, anyways he said he wanted to get it out of my system (I think I'm a carrier) But so far so good that was over a year and a half ago My advise would be go to a Doc ASAP and get treated. I would'nt try to treat this yourself, I made that mistake the 2nd time I had it and yeah I slowed it down but I did'nt stop the infection. DONT WAIT TO LONG if it gets into your bone marrow your screwed Good Luck Bro

Id worry about it getting into your bloodstream too. Once its blood bourne it will spread through your entire body and people start getting organ failure. Heart damage and the like can follow.
