I've heard over the years that Sugar (i guess that's any type of Glucose) should be used as a ingredient to help nutrient absorption (when used in conjunction with food, protein powders, other nutrients, etc).
Upon doing a Google search...i found very little info....only gov docs. which i trust about as far as i can burn them.
Anyone have any articles on sugar and absorption?
