hey guys, i dont ever get on these pwerlifting sites cause i have to go thru page after page to find a post other than what u lifted that day.
why dont u put up one sticky at the top for everyone who braks a PR to post in. or for everyone to keep 'journal' and post it in there? i would like to get over here more, but i just dont want to wade thru all the ME and dynamic posts.
