Sust 250 EOD
NPP 100 EOD
Clenny ramping up from 5-100mg daily
T3 ramping up from 5- 30 mg. daily
Most likely an 8-10 week cycle.
Cold filterd whey 2x per day
Casein at bed
Cardio 20-30 min. Per day
Goal- looking to lean up a bit, but do not want to compromise any muscle.
