The worst thing about sushi is the macro combos, fat+ carbs in a higher degree, despite that I go all out with sushi at least once a week.
White rice contain starch and it can turn to sugar and store as fat.

It doesn't matter what source of carbs you consume, remember is your calories at the end of the day. I love sushi, and I always get rainbow rolls, so good.
