Syntherol !...BIG A PLEASE HELP

I have just started Big A,s Syntherol protolcol and im confused...in BIG A,s synth thread it says..1ml for 10 days in each head of the muscle. 2ml for 10 days. 3ml for 10 days....now at da risk of sounding like a total moron does this mean i inject 1ml a day in both the outer and inner biceps heads at all 3 points where the arrow is pointing on the site injection chart or does this mean i inject just 1ml a day injected into the outer and inner head than rotate the next day to the next arrow on the site injection chart....i hope some1 understands what im trying to say....anybody?....BIG A PLEASE SET ME STRAIT!

I believe you use one shot in each head a day rotating the shot sites every day and then repeating. Make sure this is a last ditch effort and have improved this muscle till your body is unable to build any more. Also massage muscle well and do light sets each day to distribute the SEO. If you notice a lump cease your injections and take R&R till it goes away and then procede back to where you left off in your protocal.
