Here are some pics of one of my freinds down here. He is 19, 6'1 and 270lbs right now. He is doing some shows this year and wants to get some oppinions. He is 12 weeks out from his first show this year.

Looks more like 250lbs , but he looks good , needs work in every area cant really pin point a lagging muscle though so thats a good thing ,, hes 19 so if he keeps improving Id say hes definetly gonna raise some hell.

Looks very good for only 19...Doesnt really look 270 but I guess he is 6-1 so that makes a huge difference...

I wish him the best, and make sure he focuses on conditioning and not what he weighs on the scale...

No way he is 270. One of my best friends is 6 feet tall 230 lbs (19 y/o) looks much bigger and fuller than him. Not to bash your friend i think he looks pretty good for his age but what is missing without a doubt is calf size. He looks proportionate. But 270 even if he is 15% BF is way to much. I would guess his weight is around 230 but not 270. 270 lbs is really a lot on that frame. Arnold was 6'2 and 240 lbs in season. Even if this guy gets cut up loses 40 lbs no way will he be 230.

He is a big boy for 19 and if he cont. to train and eat, by the time he's in his mid-20's he'll be a monster. What sucks is how tall he is, he's gonna have to fill in plenty of muscle in order to look as thick as those shorter heavies

I agree with ShortOne. I don't believe there is any way in the world he is 270. I was thinking around 235. He's got a decent build for 19, but in competition shape I think he'd only be around 210.

Those pics don't do this kid justice.......I see him almost daily & I know for sure that he weighs around 265. You guys rely on pics too much....meaning, they're not the "end all be all" for assessing someones physique

but thats all we have to go on is a picture so were gonna give our best advice from judging on his pics,,,, he may weigh 265 but like i said he looks alot less which is not a good thing expecially at his height,, i know dudes on here that are much shorter and look 2x as big and were assesing them by pictures also,, so you see the point .

Guys, Layne is right. the kid is damn large. i will get a pic of us standing next to each other for comparison in the next week or so.

you guys should have put him next to something we could campare his size to.

Good idea to bring in the next pics with you standing next to him.

If he is 270, then his head must be a 8 1/2 size

first off he's asking for help so why would he lie about his weight and second i see him everyday at the gym and as soon as we read where all u guys are bashing him he went and weighed right then and he weighed 268

dude no one is bashing him, all they are saying is he dosent look 270lbs. and i think anyone that saw that pic would guess 230 or so. he just dont look 270 no one is bashing anyone.

who cares how much he weighs, it is how he looks. And the picture says it all.
