Hello,

Still new and not that good at the search yet...

What is anyone's opinion on a test e winstrol cycle?

The plan is 6 weeks 50mg/day, and the normal 500mg/week test e.

This is my 3rd cycle, should I use more/less/add another compound (say tren)?

Notes: I am 2 weeks into my cutting diet (perfectly executed) out of a 8 week program, planning to start the Winstrol on the beginning of week 3 and run it for the rest of the 6 weeks.

Are you currently running Test and want to add the Winny?
6 Weeks isn't long enough for the Test and if you're gonna run the Winny it should be the last 6 weeks of a 12, 14, or 16 week Test cycle.

My goal is to get shredded and evaluate how I look lean and what improvements I need to make before I try to do any competitions.

I have been running test 500mg/ew for 6 weeks and am looking to add in the Winny for the last 6.

Sorry for the confusion.

Now the question is does that look good? or should I add in more?
 
Furthermore I weight 222 and want to get down around 200, and below 10%bf.

I am sitting at around 12% now.
 
tren over winny if your goal is to get shredded. throw some ace in the mix for the remainder of cycle. Winny is better for someone who is already less than 8% body fat and want to dry out/ get harder physique pre contest. And i personally think master is a better pre contest prep. Not a fan of winny at all but thats just me
 
test needs to be ran for at least 12-16 weeks and winny is great if you are already pretty lean. i agree with above post

Winny doesn't get you lean it makes you look hard and dense when you're shredded.
 
Test /winny cycle negates one another. Winny pulls water away while test makes you retain. Double work for nothing . Waste of time to run both
