Anyone have any experience pinning Test Susp pre-workout to bring up lagging body parts?
I love the pump and strength gains I get from suspension but I'm considering running it only on leg days (2x a week) to bring them up.
Has anyone tried this? Anyone tried Suspension and slin pre-workout to bring up a lagging body part.
