The Deca is amazing ... I've noticed I want to train every day since recovery is so quick (very little soreness anymore) and joints are smooth, but not sure I should. I don't want to overload my tendons by going balls-out every day since I'm still a newbie at this. At what point can you train a major bodypart like 2x a week? Take chest fdor instance. I'm ready to hit it again a few days later!
