Just thought i would post an update as there has been some discussion on my thread...I am still using the stack.. Although, I have to admit my diet is far from perfect and nightly meals are common, but with all that I am able to keep the bf at a very close level to the one I was a year ago at the end of the 5 weeks cycle. Beside keeping me in a good shape it also gives me a huge boost of energy which I really need and notice.
