I want to thank Big A for all the help he has giving me in the little amount of time I have been on this forum. I also want to thank all the members on the forum. We make this forum what it is too lol.

hey raj, how have you been? Yeah I've been working crazy hours, I spent all of last week redesigning my training and nutrition to fit into my new schedule lol.
