now that's how a champ smiles....wondering what was running through his mind at that moment...
This picture surfaced up ...
HAHAHA....thanks Alex. Your the best dude.
As far as what I was thinking.....It was a multitude of things: I have finally achieved what I initially set out to do 13 years ago, all the hard work and grinding away paid off and like Alex said......thank God I didn't come in second!
I had quite a few friends and family there so I was happy for them as well as being very grateful that they came to support me and share in my victory.
Now its back to the grindstone......more quality food, more heavy slag.....deadlifts, squats, heavy bench. 12 solid pounds here I come!!!!!!
12 more lbs...holy shit I can't wait to see what that looks like on stage w the condition you bring. Time to go kick ass and take names!
Thats the plan....may take a while, but thats what Ive been told I need to do.......so thats what must be done.
Put it this way... the amount of food chris is eating and his intensity and focus.. the 12lbs is surely not un realistic..

Between the knowledge and experience you both have and his drive and determination I don't think anyone is doubting the 12lbs. You two make one hell of a team thats for sure.
