i will be putting up pictures from when i started 330 pound at 52-54 inch waist this was 6 years ago. I have ones from about 2 or 3 years ago. dont have any good current photos so this thread will be a work in process
the first two are obviously before and the third is midway about 2 years ago
at my lowest weight i got down to 159 28 inch waist about 15 inch arms 42 inch chest. I am now 206 about 17.5 inch arms unpumped 48 inch chest my waist is between 33-34 inches( i am aiming for 31 in the next couple months)
the last one is maybe 8 months old i have grown alot since then especially arms chest back and traps, was maybe 175 in the last pick i am now 206 i have added an about 1.75 inches to my arms and multiple inches to my chest and shoulders sinch this pick. sorry for the painted over face i used it as an avatar and i don't have access to my digital camera to take more.

the last pic is not current just repeating that
also the first 2 pics were probably no me at my worst i may have been only about 300 in those pics

Damn! That is a dramatic transformation to say the least, keep up the good work bro!

Ok, You have obviously made some incredible changes. But you need to put up better pics. You have no need to feel like you will be flamed or embarrased here. That is not what this board is about. Get someone to take some full body pics so we can see the changes. The ones you have up now are small and do not reflect the ultimate change in your physique. I'm not busting your balls here, but you will get a much more favourable response to this if you do. But I will say GOOD JOB on the transformation! Keep it up!

thats cool, this thread is a work in process somewhere for me to keep my pics and provide updates. I definatley plan on providing them when i can get better pics.

having gone from 330 to 159 to 206 i have a small amount of loose skin(and i mean very small) on my chest and lower abdomen. I had it even with visible abs and intercoastals at 159. Loosing that much weight causes severe body dysmorphism and i have never been big on posting pictures.

I just went in for a consult with a plastic surgeon and he is very confident he can fix the problem. He was amazed how little skin i had left, said he had never performed a bodylift on someone that needed so little work. It is very invasive surgery and fairly dangerous, but i am so close to where i want to be, and i feel iv'e eaned this for myself

I will try to get more current pics up sometime this week

elg, that's great. You do not need to be camera shy here bud. We are all in this together and are here to help. The fact that you lost that much weight is a real credit to you. So keep posting them up and keep up the good work.

thank you very much, your comments are much appreciated. I am so nervous about this surgery. I have worked so hard for the last 6 years. I wouldn't even have opted for the surgurey but i know in my heart i have so earned this. You cant imagine how scary it is to purpusly try to gain weight to better ones body when you lost a 170 pounds of it . this surgery is serious and everyones moral support would be much appreciated

but as in other obstacles in life I will overcome

TERRIFIC TRANSFORMATION!

YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELF....MOST FOLKS WON'T MAKE THE EFFORT TO CHANGE YOUR LIVES THE WAY YOU HAVE. AGAIN...EXCELLENT JOB.

my hat is off to you!!!

amazing job! even though the pics are not very big, it is blatantly obvious you put in years of hard work...that says something about someone. way to gut it out, im sure it was very hard at times, and congrats to you for accomplishing what you have so far.

Alot of people come to the gym seek instant gratification, thinking as if quick change in the mirror is what will give them the the changes they seek in their lives. Iv'e learned over the years that it's the hard work, the consistencey, knowing that i was there yesterday, i'm there today, and i will be there tommorow. thats what makes it all worth while, It is the only thing that matters, results are secondary

Iv'e learned so much about myself from taking on this journey and if i could give one piece of advice for those trying to make a change it would be this. To repeat the infamous words of big lou in pumping iron, when life gets hard, "make it harder" It's what really separates those that want and those that will. I rember i was once a person that always took the easy way out. i started by walking 5 miles a day, it was all i could do, but i could do it. I made a promise i would not miss a day. I walked in sickness, i walked in snow, i walked in pain, and i never missed a day. I realised i was weak mentally so i made a deal with myself. On the days i woke up and said "not today, im too sick, im too tired, im to lazy, i don't want to do this" i loaded up an old book bag with 50 pounds and walked with it. Life has challenges you can either face them or stagnate. From this i built something i never had self-respect

man, you know what...that gave me goosebumps. i have huge respect for you elg123. big props my brotha

been using primodial performance dermatherm along with dermacrine and lipodrene eca for my sus-500 epol pct.

I will say without a doubt dermatherm is the best fat loss product i have ever used period, make sure you use an eca with it as it greatly increase metabolic rate(by 30%) i wouldnt beleive it if i was not witnessing the daily results in the mirror and it is not water loss either, as it actually causes the body to retain water and purge it after stopping usae

Great Post!

This is exactly what this is all about. You have not only transformed your body but you have changed your mindset as well. To do this takes a tremendous amount of self determination. Not only have you built your self respect, you have gained respect!! Go hard bro, and keep up the great work!!

Incredible

You have my total respect, bro. You have created a new you, inside and out. What you have done is not an easy thing to do. But you have. I have no doubts that you will go through that surgery just fine. How do I know? Your positive attitude and extraordinarly strong determination. You have earned it, bro. And you deserve it.

Amazing transformation bro. You should say you did it using "Muscletech" and get put in one of their ads :) . Keep up the good work.

your brother in Christ,

Lucky

All your comment's bring a near tear to my eye, It is a beautiful thing when a community with a shared goal that requires both physical prowess and mental toughness can be so endearing

Just an update holding at 195-200 range. Every day bodyfat is going down seperation
in abs really sarting to come in. 2 months ago i would estimate myself at 183-185 13-15 percent bf(2 monhs ago) i am now 195-200 and i would estimate 8.5 to 10 percent bf, as i am MUCH leaner then at 183

SUS500
and dermatherm have officially become two of my favorite products

I am considering The LBA's for use during surgery recoop. they sound awesome as an anti-catibolic, the surgery is schedueled for oct. 3

here is a newer pic I am holding water from the dermatherm, as the product developer told me would happen, it should drain out, i'd love to finish this at 187-190. I have only been cutting a week in a half out of an intended 6 weeks.

C'mon bro....that's you little brother in that pic isn't it????? HAHAHA only kidding man. Holy shit bro!!! That is a story in itself. What a great transformation. I'm F'ing speechless!!! No shit.

Do yourself a big favor....get the LBA's and start using these as part of your diet and training anyway. You will not believe the results you will get from these. Lean mass and lowered BF levels at the same time. But I'm still freaking out at that pic...........Just amazing!!! Great job!!

as awesome as his dermatherm is i really am holding water alot as obvious by that pic, I cant wait to see the results when i dry out next week. The formulaor said i is like dnp in that respect, you see the results more after you stop. i will post more pics in a week hopefully the water will have drained out

I am noticeably leaner in the abs, chest, and triceps then yesterday. It just hit me how good my gains were from sus500 epol after all the excess fluid from glycogen stores have left my body(gained 25 pounds in 6 weeks) i am up 12 pounds and MUCH leaner then i was at 183, the quality of gains from sus is absolutely unreal, 8-10 pounds of true lean mass not bloat in under 2 months with loss of body fat is unreal. MAJOR props to PHIL for flat out knowing his shit, and everyone else on this board. As been mentioned by other the quality of the members on this board both knowledge and physique wise is simply unmatced, i am so happy to have found this place as in two months of findin this board i have taken my body to a new level.
