yes AP is one of the few guys I respect on here when it comes to this subject. Most other self proclaimed experts read someone elses study or post and try and turn it into a sales pitch, and then I'm on clean-up duty lol.

I will let him know. I'm actually making a little handbook on IGF at the moment to cover everything from the science to use and reconstitution. It should cover just about everything as far as IGF is concerned accept a few details that I am saving for Anabolic Science.

I like the stuff produced by both Gavin and the Game, both are very well versed in real science. I also like the fact that they do not always see eye to eye because their differences of opinion are very illuminating. Since very little scientific work is oriented toward body building or anti-aging its good to have educated and experienced bros like these interpreting what the academic studies mean to us. I have seen your work on other forums and you are a great addition here.
