he is definitely best at putting as much muscle as possible on and getting LEAN but NOT best on the bodybuilding stage... freaky body but doenst flow. he is sooooooo consistent tho and always lean.

Flow?? Come one, he's not even gonna palce in the top 5 tonight which is just a shame. Who cares if he doesn't flow or isn't pretty or have good lines. No one on the stage tonight is anywhere near flawless. Paco is twice everyone's size and shredded on top of that.

x2 i have been a fan of his for years now! i still remember him in one of the battle for the olympia video's posing in his room near the window and holy cow he looked insane, the man ALWAYS brings the conditioning, he has some of the biggest legs in the IFBB, his hamstrings are huge and even his glute muscles are freaking HUGE! the guy is a true freak!

Thats the 2nd pic of a guy from that contest with what looks like an umbilical hernia. I cant understand why they dont get them fixed, as it does look bad on stage. I had one and had it fixed, and its not a terribly bad thing to go through.
