My diet during the week consists of: grassfed beef of all different types of cuts, liver, heart, kidney, beef bacon, wild salmon, free roaming chicken (dark meat with skin) grassfed raw cheese, milk, colostrum, cream and butter (from US Wellness Meats and/or Organic Pastures), free roaming chicken eggs from a local small farm, Trueprotein milk and egg powder, Omega Rx fish oil, extra virgin olive oil, toasted sesame oil, and flax seed oil.
I only need about three real meals a day. You'd be amazed at how long you stay full with this diet. You really do have to tell yourself to eat when attempting to add muscle weight. And yet no matter how much I eat I still feel light on my feet.
Breakfast might be 12 raw eggs or scrambled soft in beef tallow or raw butter.
snack: small protein shake with raw cream and/or oil
Lunch: one pound of meat and some vegetables.
snack: cheese or bacon, a shot of oil
Dinner: usually the same as lunch or breakfast
before retiring a glass of raw milk
The weekends are a free-for-all gorgefest of everything except whole food protein (only protein used are LBAs).
Yes! As far as I'm concerned it is THE best way to eat for gaining the most muscle while maintaining the lowest body fat percentage. Of course, I'm talking about natural mass building.
I especially appreciate the way it automatically separates protein from carbs, specifically starchy carbs that have no business being eaten with a concentrated protein in the first place.
I know I will catch some flack for saying this but it is scientifically validated. Any intelligent person that understands chemistry will know what I'm talking about. An acid will neutralize an alkaline and vice verse. Meat and other proteins are digested in an acid environment. Most carbs are not and will wreck havoc on the digestion of proteins.
I digest food so much easier with the Anabolic way of eating. The weekends are a full blown carb and fat fest. Again, maximum digestibility is achieved here too.
You literally could not pay me to go back to eating a normal bodybuilding diet. Even adding LBAs to a conventional BB diet pails in comparison. The Anabolic diet is far superior.
The easiest gains I have ever made have come from this eating program, bar none. I urge you to give it a shot. Do it for 6 months and you will be a believer.
