I just want to thank all those that showed up and helped make the party a huge success..

I could not have asked for more..

I wish i had more time to talk to everyone.. So much was going on, it was really cool to get together and hang out.

The bakersfield crew really represented.... Pesty, Amb7470, her husband Roy, Jcagle, His brother and a good friend ... i was impressed these guys drove over a hundred miles to be here.. I cant thank them enough....

There were several competitors and people im working with.. this was really a cool day..

Thanks RonJon.. i wish you could make it man.. and trust me. if you come to Los Angeles one day.. we will have you over and hang out and talk up a storm bro! i would love it..

Marilyn...thanks a lot.. And Jackie has improve more in one season than i could imagine.. she looks great.. super lean and the girl is 48.. impressive.. and going to keep getting better..

I think our prep went flawless..she responded so well to her diet and especially her trainining and cardio.. she is the perfect student.. hard worker, doesnt complain and makes great progress.. cant ask for more..

She is going to be in this for a long time..Shes a very young 48..

And one heck of a great person.. She drives over a hundred miles to be here.. brings presents to my daughter ( and its not her b day) she brings gifts my son and me too.... classy woman.. and her husband is a great guy too..

I have been working with him for just a few months and the guy is getting stopped by everyone telling him how good he looks..

night and day improvement in what i would call a damn short time!...We are just getting started is the crazy thing..

You know the seafood diet thing.. thats pesty... Jk man..hes just focused as all hell plus i came up with a little different training style.. And he is reponding.. he is putting on clean weight too..

This is what he needed to do.. and hes doing it.. im proud he is critical enough of himself to want to change and improve.... hes doing very well with his plan..

Awesome pics. Looks like everyone enjoyed themselves. Big Swede is looking great 1 week out and like B-Boy said, dang those tall ones make us feel like midgets Oh, if I may say that cupcake cake looked mighty tasty...do not worry I am not tempted by it...and looks like you son was gonna enjoy that, good for him and happy birthday to you both!

Roy and I had such a great time yesterday. Nga did a fabulous job with the party! There was something for everyone - from the bounce house to the casino games. I was “on a roll” at that craps table! Funny how that only happens when I’m playing with someone else’s money. We so enjoyed meeting and talking to Jan and his wife. We’re looking forward to getting together with them again next weekend in SD. They both look amazing!! We were really happy to get to share your day. Thank you so much for including us.
