The cake was so freakin good to look at.. thick ass icing all over and so dense was the cake itself.. amazing.. it was really heavy!

When everyone left.. i started to pick big pieces of it up and it was like bricks .. i was so temped to devour the whole damn thing!

Instead i threw it right in the trash! i was thinking how good that damn thing must have tasted!

Alex, thanks for the invite! I had a really good time. I mostly hanged out talking to the Big Swede and his wife (She is big too!) Really nice couple, it was a pleasure meeting them. I predict a win for both. Ursala look lean as can be and should do well in her show. Jackie looks great! She is a hard worker at the gym. She really wants to do well and appreciates your advice.

Funny thing is, it started with one old man up Bakersfield that is putting the competitve spark in alot. Watch out for Bakersfield. Now, if I can only put some spark in that LiLSaVage guy up her. You guys were cracking me up with your comments about me. Thanks to Alex, we change up a little and have put some size on. We are only 1/2 there for are bulking phase, though.

I have to thank you for all the cool people you have got me in touch with.. And that really was cool to have them all show up.. We really wanted everyone to have a good time..

The worst part was that time went so fast and didnt get the chance to really talk to much to you... It was a busy day.

Ursula is making a big comeback and im a huge supporter of her. She has worked increadibly hard for this show.

Jackie on the other hand has done amazing with me.... Our style clicked immediately.. Her style is... Tell me what to do, and i will do it! My style is.. Listen to what i say and please do it.

We instantly made progress and its been like a steady freightrain, progress each week.. I could not ask for more.. She is going to represent at the shows shes doing this year.. but actually in my eyes, shes a big winner already..

Roy and I had such a great time yesterday. Nga did a fabulous job with the party! There was something for everyone - from the bounce house to the casino games. I was “on a roll” at that craps table! Funny how that only happens when I’m playing with someone else’s money. We so enjoyed meeting and talking to Jan and his wife. We’re looking forward to getting together with them again next weekend in SD. They both look amazing!! We were really happy to get to share your day. Thank you so much for including us.

Hey Alex – I don’t want to take away from your birthday party thread here, but I just wanted to say thank you so much for the really nice comments. I think you’re the best! I know I’ve told you many times how much I appreciate your guidance and what you’re helping me accomplish. It’s crazy how much I’ve changed just in the short time you’ve been working with me. I can’t wait to see what the next few years bring.

Also, I wanted to say a quick “thank you” to everyone who’s commented on the picture of me that Alex posted. You guys have all been so nice. I really appreciate your support and encouragement.
