Ok i was under the impression that IFBB womens fitness was the only organization of its kind.... where does this girl compete? This routine absolutly destroys any i have ever seen in every IFBB fitness routine i have ever seen.... TOTALLY IMPRESSED

I do a routine similar to that when I wake up in the morning to get me loosened up for the day. What I do is almost identical. Just without the handstands, pushups, splits, flips and dancing. But the part where she was walking out on stage....that's a lot like what I do.

Decent routine but nothing great. Was at a show last night and Jessica Rohm guest posed and her routine was more entertaining and had some really tough moves. She isn't a pro yet.
