Do you know if i will ever be able to get a six pack since i have had surgery through the stomache? I have been trying to work on my abbs for a while now with no luck. Your advice, and compliments are greatly appreciated.

abs are due to diet more than working your abs. but you look like you made good improvements bro! keep readin the info on this site and keep up the good work!

Is there a six pac diet that i can follow, but keep the gains that i have made. I also eat at a defac every day since i am in iraq right now. That might have somthing to do with it.

I think you have made great progress for 9 months, keep it up. As far as a six pack diet goes, I usually go with Bud Lite

On the serious side I would get rid of any simple carbs as a good start.
