Hello PM board,

Been an avid reader of this board for 2 years now. I created this profile because I want to start a log here to spark great conversation about ideas, concepts, and applications of them in terms of becoming the best bodybuilder we can be.

Without further ado here are my stats

-Height: 6'1"

-Stage weight: 208 (2023) 195 (2022)

-Current weight: 248 this AM

-Years competing/training:
20 years of lifting weights
10 years not knowing what I was doing
8 years competing in strongman at a National level
2 years of bodybuilding both in the classic division

- where at currently
7 Weeks post show, began the first week of an official offseason last week.

- goals for this offseason
Gain as much muscle as possible, I have given myself 5 more years of competing before I pull the plug and put my focus on other passions.

- current training
Chest triceps upper back x2/wk
Back biceps forearms and side delts x2_wk
Legs x2/wk 1 quad dominant 1 posterior chain dominant

- Current diet
Carv cycling with Justin Harris
2 high days 1100c/0 added fat/240p
2 medium days 600c/40f/300p
1 low day 360c/52f/300p
Cardio 3 12 min HIT sessions/wk and 10k steps/day

- Current pharma
Current plan is to stick with test, primobolan, hgh, and insulin (various), and igf1 lr3 throughout this 48 week offseason. Will be pulling the levers on these compounds pretty hard at various points

Comparing 22 and 23 stage and Current condition today.

Made a 12lbs jump in stage weight 22-23 would love to reproduce those results again this year.

6/13 offseason wk 2 day 2

High day 860c/24f/265p plus chest meal of of 5 rice cakes with honey, ground turkey, rice, more honey, cream of rice, berries, pie filling, more honey, and 3 granola bars. Roughly put me at around 1200c for the day.

Legs 1 posterior chain emphasis

Leg press calves: 330x37x2 rest pause sets, resting in stretch position between rest pause sets for 10 count

Stiff leg DL: 285X12 with 4ct eccentric, added 5lbs and stole a rep from last week

Seated ssb good morning: 165x10 glute emphasis

Pendulum split squat: 75x10/sidex7x7x7

Rope cable crunches: 100x20x15x13

Hamstrings, glutes, and lower back have been getting nice and sore from these volumes and intensities so I have just been making small progressions each week.

Oddly I am the hungriest on this day even though it is my highest calorie day. Keeping the cheat meal at the end of this day clean on both of them because I feel like I can just eat forever. My jaw will get tired before I am satiated.
 
6/14 log offseason wk 2 day 3

Non training day today.

Appetite was very high all day this day.

Recovery is improving, typically I feel pretty best up after the posterior chain day but even though progressions were hit, felt like I was ahead on the recovery front.

Mowed the grass and kept step count a little higher than normal. Got a nice nap in and was able to relax with my family.

Generally feeling well.
 
6/15 offseason log wk 2 day 4
Chest-delt-tricep-trap, medium day, 12 min HIT cardio

Nice progressions on training today

Cambered bar bench press: 185x13x12

Incline db fly: 25x13x13

Tricep emphasis dips: BWx9x8x6

Ez bar overhead extensions: 55x21x17

Ez bar underhand front raise: 45x17x15x13x13

Ez bar facepull 45x20x18x17

BB bent over shrug: 150x15x13x9

Appetite and digestion were great all day. Looking forward to a high day saturday.
 
Life has been to enriching to hop online over the long weekend. Though I stayed busy I was still 100% through meals and training over the long weekend.

6/20 offseason wk 3 day 2

High day and posterior chain

Leg press calves 330x54 total reps using 2 rest pause sets

Stiff leg DL 320x9

Seated SSB GM 175x10

Pendulum split squat 90x8x6x6x6

Cable rope crunch 110x19x16x13

Ended at 1200 grams of carbs this day. Did not feel too bloated this morning and slept great through the night.

Easily the best my body handled that number of carbs in a day.
 
6/21 offseason wk 3 day 3 low day

Off from training this day, got step count up and did some stretching in my quads, hips, and glutes. Been feeling particularly tight as I wrap up this block of training.

Barely noticed the increase in food. Had another awesome training day

Bb face pull 55x15x13x12

Bb bent over shrug
155x15x13x10

Body weight climbed up to 254, this is where life started to feel pretty hard last offseason but I actually feel pretty good at the moment
 
Offseason wk 3 complete

Despite increase in calories bw stayed relatively stable averaging about 252.

249 this AM. New block starts today with more food. Should have some good growing ahead of me
