alright guys i havnt worked out in a month. I have been depressed for about 3 months after my dog dying, losing my job, not eating blabla and the pics is what i come up with which pisses me off and gives me more motivation because i used to look a million times better. As of yesterday 1/13/08, i started my clean eating/cutting diet. I am going to do things all natural! I KNOW I LOOK LIKE SHIT, so u dont have to post that i do, thanks
I am going to update the thread every week in my measurements but i wont post pics until the 6th week, and then again at the 12th week or fuck, i might post it every 2 weeks here we go:
