alright guys i havnt worked out in a month. I have been depressed for about 3 months after my dog dying, losing my job, not eating blabla and the pics is what i come up with which pisses me off and gives me more motivation because i used to look a million times better. As of yesterday 1/13/08, i started my clean eating/cutting diet. I am going to do things all natural! I KNOW I LOOK LIKE SHIT, so u dont have to post that i do, thanks ;)

I am going to update the thread every week in my measurements but i wont post pics until the 6th week, and then again at the 12th week or fuck, i might post it every 2 weeks :) here we go:

I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your dog...Thats something that would certainly hit home with me as well. Well its apparent that you loved your dog with a full heart. Do it for him/her. Everytime your gonna miss that cardio session remind yourself of your beautiful lil pooch.

ya, thank god i have another doggie which is my one year old beagle and now i have a 20 week old male blue pit gotti line:( my dog that died was only 20 weeks old but i had her for 2 months, i was upset when she died, she was going to be a beast, and not to mention she is a $2000 100% gaff pitbull, fucking bastards at the vet basically killed her. The death of the dog wasnt the only thing that affected me , it was also money trouble and being in debt which was the major part of it. o well Honestly if i miss a cardio session i dont want to think of my dog, i want to think of how i want to reach my goal and be in the best shape of my life :)

Glad to hear you are on the road back. Just keep focused on the goal and it it hard. You will see results before you know it. And remember, none of us were born looking like a million bucks and 250lbs. So work hard and be dedicated. It will come!!

Don't look for a 12 week fix. Don't even go in with that mindset as it is self defeating. Just figure out a way to work training into your lifestyle. Make it fun and you will get there but think years.
 
i know its a lifelong process... but i was just setting a 12 week goal of transforming my body. I have alot more goals, its just the first one is 12 weeks :)

Once again you need to read more and speak less. Many people do 12 week challenges to get into shape. It IS NOT SELF DEFEATING! The only thing self defeating around here is your mouth!!!
