I back guys. Sorry I've been gone so long. After the last meet I had a bit of a problem with my blood pressure. It shot up to 170/120 and it freaked me out. The doc gave me some meds to bring it down and I feel much better. I have no idea exactly what caused it to go that high as it has been quite good for a long time.

Looks like I'm headed to the 275's whether I like it or not. Maybe then I won't need the BP meds.

Oh no there big fella! I just missed 500 and hit 525 a few weeks before but the concept of overtraining escaped me

Damn PB. Glad to hear things are getting back to normal. But if you go back down to 275 what will you rest your hands on when your sitting in the warm up area

That's one of my goals for the Wolverine.I want to qualify for Nationals next summer and go 700/575/600 this October

But the 600 will be realistic for me.
