Thanks bro's, but I have not competed, so I do not qualify as of yet.. I am doing the WA St Championships. I was on point for the Emerald Cup again this year, but I got "temporarily laid off" from Cingular because of the ATT merger about 3 weeks ago. So my mind just isn't too right right about now to be focused on dieting. But I committed to myself and the wifey I will do the W.S.C. in July... Hell, last year, I was to do the Emerald Cup as well; I injured my shoulder and my dad went on dialysis around this same time. Once again threw me off my game. I was working with Bodyfx2 aka Eric Brosser too. He was really really dialing me in. Maybe I am just jinxed..lol. Probably a good thing I am not doing the Emerald neither, cause I am actually 100% clean at this time; you have to have your A game in place at that show. A National qualifier plus it is the 25th Anniversary date.. no freaking joke. Seems like everyone is ripped and shredded at the Emerald. July 14 gives me more prep time to be at my best. I'll be there though.

Futurefreak and Hella Swole, you two guys are awesome too. This is one board that I truly love to come to. Think about it.. Where else could you get to talk to IFBB pro's dam near anytime you want to? Nowhere. I can e-mail or pm Phil with any question, he will hit me back. I can ask Gavin, Dante,Skip, Magnum or many others any contest prep question or just life questions, and they will answer with a smile. At anytime ,you can ask anyone here anything and you will get the facts and the truth. Saves you a lot of headaches. What makes it great too is real time, real world experience's in the trenches from real people. How cool is that? Try that on some other boards, they will be like: "my consultation fees are". There are so many knowledgeable bro's and sisters on here; it makes your head spin. Heck, you even have King on here posting daily...Who is next?...Ronnie Coleman..lol

I always nominate you Future. I have been saying that the future has arrived. Could be cause you are a young gunner..lol

Hey bro, I'm glad to hear about you doing the WA ST. Show this July. I am gunning for the Oregon St. and the Wa St. as well. Everything is going perfect this season and I cant wait to get on stage again. If your attending the Ecup, make sure and say hi to me. What class do you think you'll be in for the Washington? Sorry for the off topic post fellas, I havent heard from this guy in a while. Oh yea, I agree with hiramabiff's nominees as well
