to all my metamucil bros.
i have used it in the past and had much success with it. i feel like digestion/evaction is one of the most important parts of dieting or even seeing gains. people say it all the time you are what you eat, but i also have come to believe that you are what you can absorb. the better your digestion and elimination - the better the gains and the fewer toxins. so whats your protocol for metamucil? every day, or every meal? and what dose? do you use fiber supplements other than metamucil?
I love this stuff. One of my essentials. 2 heaping teaspoons before bed,,everynight.
