Anything to tweak or change w my cycle?

Hey bro’s wanna get some opinions if there is anything I should tweak on my coming cycle, starting Monday ideally.

31yo 6’2 258lbs 16% according to the machine at my local gym lol

Done a couple cycles, this is the first time I’m adding igf1-lr3.

My current layout is:

750 test
450 tren
300 mast

PreWO: 5iu gh + 10iu humalog
(I usually start to train between 6-8am)
PostWO: 100mcg igf-1 lr3

Eating in a 300 cal surplus to start and adjust cals as the mirror changes. Not too concerned with my weight.

20-30 minutes LISS daily

humalog will only be on training days (4-5x per week)
Lr3 my Plan is 4 weeks on 4 weeks off and repeat

Ancillaries:

Aromasin
Caber
Berberine
Fish oils
Methylated b complex
5-MTHFR
TUDCA

My carbs are usually kept in the intra, post workout and last meal of the day. I’m open to changing this to have a steady drip of carbs through the day instead of 3 larger portions. Each meal is 50-60g protein. 325-350g per day, fats are 50-65g and carbs to start are at 450g

Anything to tweak?
 
Given his macros are around 340/450/60 P/C/F

340x4+450x4+60x9=3700 calories, give or take
I’m going to assume at that weight and caloric count he’s cutting.

All depends on the goal in order to give cycle feedback. Either way, I’d up the test and max that out before diving head first into 450mg of tren. Most guys could get away with a lot less tren than they think IMO.

Pop an oral pre workout maybe?

If you're only having carb meals twice I would do PWO and the following meal.

Also, with that much gear, GH and insulin I think you could get away with a bit more than a 300 calories surplus.
Too late lol already got 2 kits of it. Did 100mcg today as a trial and went hypo.

I’d like to stay away from orals, but I do have Anadrol on hand and would most likely save it for the last 4-6 weeks of the cycle.

Rn carbs are 3 times, intra/ post and dinner. I’ll tinker and try putting them all in around training + the following meal

If you’re just looking to maintain I would bump to 800-900 of test weekly and personally drop the tren and use EQ, NPP, or Primo. Pick any three and use around 600mg. Tren is best for a prep and will be a pain once you come off as it makes you look great and feel like shit, but you’ll get far more benefits from one of the other three compounds. I listed in order of my preference, but only you know your body and how it reacts.

I would go on a cut for a month or two. Your stats say you’re kinda chunky. Don’t know if I’d be running Slin. Hope your diet and timing is very much on point.

Youre 16% body fat, there is no way in hell you should be doing a lean bulk.

Im assuming you dont look like a competitive BBer, and because of that your 16% probably will look way different than BBer 16%.
So you're kinda fat already....are you trying to end up at 20% post "lean bulk"???

Take 8-10 weeks and get under 10%. You'll thank me later.

In what dosages?

Your past cycle experience seems limited so how do you know if the Caber is even needed. Even as far as labs, for many Masteron will not drop your serum estradiol since it acts as a SERM.

Why not start lower and titrate up and add an AI and prolactin control as needed from sides and with lab results?
