I'll chime in here.......everything is wrong with LA fucking fitness. It's a stupid ass commercial chain gym just like 24hr, Fitness 19, and all the others. They all suck. I was just told that I couldn't squat and deadlift at a fitness 19 because I was making too much noise and the gym owner and employees had to constantly readjust the squat rack after I was done with it. Whatever, I'm not even that big of a guy. Hence why I'll be joining Gold's or a mom and pop gym from now on. Why do you care so much if someone talks shit about your gym? LOL. I go to 24hr right now and I could care less if someone shits on it..........cause they're right it sucks!

no its not that i give a crap about the gym.its the way he is expresing himself about the people from la fitness say they are a joke.i aint no fucking joke bro whats up. and i dont know about any other la fitness or fitness 19 or whatever the hell it is.but in my gym you can drop weights,
squat scream,sing,dance,shoot a birdie at some body .i and nobodyelse will give a shit.as a matter afact we are always making fun at the dumass people when they come and ask stupid request or complains.oh its hot in here can you turn down the a/c NO your in a gym sweat your ass off at lease it will make u feel like you did something,or can you change the t.v AHHH NO go home if you want to watch tv shut your trap and go work out.and the shower water is not hot enough .WELL stop being a cheap ass and take a shower in your own home.BUT BUT BUT that does not make all of us in there a joke.

Commercial chain gyms huh? Dude, seriously now. Golds is the biggest commercial chain gym there is. On top of which, theres a difference between making grunts and moans than beastial roar. If its that heavy, U wont lift it period. All the screaming , bellyaching and carrying on wont get it up. So yeah, put a sock in it. If you can lift it.... U can lift it with or without the yellin. Some say its mental, I say no its Law of physics.

Besides, gyms like LA and 24 have babes gallore! Not saying Golds doesnt but in ratio, the ass is 10-1. In fact, I quit Golds and joined LA soley for the women. Weights are weights. Machines work the same.

As far as my empties go.... I do a " falling Star " with it. What is a Falling Star? aka " Shooting Star"? Go into a gigantic store like Walmart or a wholesale club... its gotta be big. Then take it and throw it... up and as hard as U can. Send it sailing to the other side. Like a shooting star, u never know where its gonna land!

Im just kidding. I trash em when Im done with em. I did that shit back in high school. Such a punk ass.

but I work out at an LA Fitness here in NY and I've found that the trainers there (and at most commercial gyms for that matter) are more interested in training themselves than others. Apart from the trainers, the gym is filthy (i.e., shit in the urinals) and I've never seen an employee attempt to either a) clean up after the jerk off members that throw their weights all over the floor or b) make an effort to address the members directly who do so.

new power.i know what your saying it true but at my la fit we really take pride in those thing.ours is spotless.we have janitores on duty from open to close.we even have them cleaning dust of the machines while people are not using it.and the funny thing is they dont have dust because they do that all day every day i dont see the chance in dust accumalating on the machines.know our club is brand new.only 6 month old so that play into the clean fever.

now our trainers thats is a joke.sorry guys they may know training but they look like well i can even describe it. most members tell me that too.they tell me they need to look like me so they can get inspired and motivated.its funny because they tell me if i can train them and they would pay me instead.

that's just it.you are absolutly right.for some reson we allways have corporate in our facility.i sware they come once every two weeks sometime three and they stay for two days.but they are all cool people bro they give none of us a hard time.they shake your hand they crack jokes all day they buy us food.they even make fun of members.and after we close the club we all go to the tity bar and get hammered (not me)even the female staff go.

see if you get pulled over for a regular ticket then no without your cosent they can not search ur car.but if they arrest you then they have all rights to search you and the car.driving with out tags a cop can arrest you for it. it's like driving without a license.also if you look nervouse or worried it's propoble caues(i know i missspelled that)they will search ur car.but he still a dumass for driving not only with empty bottles and syring but with pot.knowing ur tag is no good.whats the first thing a cop behind you is going to look at.i can just imagine the kind of training advise his been giving to people.
