so this is about 10 months apart so I wouldnt call it really a before and after, especially since I have fluctuated in and out of shape between the photos, but none the less it shows a HUGE difference lol so I figured I would share, if we could go back to 12 months ago I would look again how I did in the after pic. I never will let my self get that out of shape again when taking time off:

Trying to Aim for something similar to you, but just a little less mass, Depending on my height.
