I know the pics are not all that great in quality but just looking for some feedback for next year. I know the legs need some work, they always do. Dieting was a bitch for me but i think i will do better next time around. Thanks for any advice.

That's an understatement! Quality is poor enough that it's EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to see anything. Upper body looks good (i think ) esp delts!

dramatic change shame u didnt get some better quality pics im sure they dont justify all the gains you've made... good job anyway
