It seems I come up a bit short every year going into summer, never quite reaching the condition I would like. Well, someone you all know is going to help me out this year. Phil Hernon. I have heard a lot of good things about Phil's methods and have decided to give them a try. He will be helping me with diet - training - vits - supps. I have no intention on competition or anything like that. I am a recreational BBer and that's it. My goal here is to lose as much fat as I can in the next 12 weeks then hold it. Any of you that live in north east know what it's like in the winter with shorter days, less light. Man, makes me want to hybernate like a bear and my activity level suffers.
Here are some pics I took about two hours after thanksgiving dinner. No workout on this day just pigging out. I will try to post up some pics this week of me after training.
