Now if only i had a picture of me as a 5'8 140lb wrestler my junior year next to my bloated up 242/246 (i forget but it was 240's) after my show where i looked pretty ripped but was so bloated n swolen that my XL shirts wouldnt fit lol

ah wresting... the start of my misconception of what 'dieting' is.

Nutritionist: So james, how do you decide what you're going to eat? carbs? fats? calories
me: not exactly, I have a different method
N: I've heard them all, why don't you go into depth to see how we can work with what you do presently.
me: well, i find out what weight i'm wrestling and then i get on the scale. I note what i weigh, and then i grab food. then i get on the scale again holding said food. if my weight is over what i'm wrestling at next week holding the food, i don't eat it.
N: <heart attack>
