Try some Magnesium Citrate. Usually works well for me.

The enema was the only thing that worked for me when I was constipated bad from the Oxycodone I was taking after my big hernia surgery years ago.

I just bought some - it’s says to drink 7ozs? Am I reading that right? And 6oz water

My bottle says 6.5 oz to 10 oz (bottle is 10 OZ) with an 8 oz glass of water. So if I were you, I would drink initially about 7 oz now and then leave 3 oz for later just incase it doesn't do the job. You need to drink water with it so that the fluid is there to help soften things up in your colon. I don't think you can drink too much water in the day, but I would drink just 8 OZ water at first so that you don't dilute the magnesium citrate too much. You want it fairly concentrated when it hits your colon.

When I used it I think I just drank the whole bottle along with a glass of water and it worked well. If you are really constipated, it probably wont hurt to drink it all. I always bought 2 bottles of it, just in case the 1st one wasn't enough. I think 1 bottle usually does the trick. I have an extra bottle in my kitchen now, left over from last time.

It just says 10 oz in a day is your max, so you could take it all at once or break it up into 2 servings in a day.

If this doesn't work, an enema always works. You may not need to do that though. Once you are able to get this out, youll need to figure out the cause or it might happen soon again.

Hate to say this but it probably won't do much if we are having the same issue from the tren. I already drink magnesium citrate. Was doing 300mg then upped it to 600mg

Try Senna Tea... I used to buy caps and put a couple in hot water for 5 minutes.

Id say if drinking a whole bottle of magnesium citrate doesn't work then its time for an enema! I had to do it once and boy does it work fast.
