yeah in that first one, i tanned earlier in the day...also, i am 5'10"-5'11" with shoes.

also, i dieted down for the first time in years to compete in a show that is sept.18th...but it dosent look like i will be doing it now....

since it was the first time i ever dieted down, i lost alot of muscle size...i mean alot...next time i will do things alot differently..i am still real young so i might try and compete in 1-2 years after i put on some more solid size..

Yeah bro, im this close to hiring my buddy to fuckin train me, I was my biggest when I used to train with him, hes like 5 8, 265 fuckin lean too, hes a chiropracter and mixed martial artist fighter.. then he got married, moved his office too far from me, I have to go train with him eventually... kinda like when Rocky goes to see Apollo in Rocky 3 and Apollo beats his ass in shape.

You look good I am sure you will do good in a show, but fuck the shows, you dont need a show to prove you look good.

Thanks everyone for the comments...show is this Saturday...My training partner bitched and complained so much about us being in the same weight class, that i am going down even lower....to around 198lbs...

i have already lost soo much size anyway that i just said fuck it...i will post some pics the day before the comp, and the day off and after..
