In my opinion although its a great mass builder it is often over-used in bulking cycles when its much better come contest time when the hardening effect can really be noticed. Pretty toxic aswell..

Typically stacked with test to help with sexing and if its 150mg/ml then being of the belief that less is more; 300mg/week should do you nicely with around double that in test c.a 750mg/week.
No doubt some big boys are guna suggest more but i doubt it'll make much difference unless you're really throwing the extra calories in!!

Test and tren are very good together. i wouldn't go and start mixing a bunch of other shit in with it. Just go easy on the tren, you will keep sides to a minimum.
