whats up guys. I havent posted in a lil while. Just trying to get my ass in shape. I am currently 6 weeks out from the NPC New England. I am a little further behind then I had hoped at this point. Although,all I can do is try to improove and get in shape form where I am. There is know choice I have never backed out from a show and refuse to do so. So I have 6 weeks to make a bodybuilder out of me...
I am currently on zerocarbs with 1 cheat meal every sunday. I just upped my cardio to 90min low intentisty ( walking at high incline at 4 mph).
I started the diet 16 weeks out zero carbs all the way. I have lost about 35lbs or so as Phil and many others noticed I got wayy to sloppy this year and now I am paying for it.You might remember my pics from 13 weeks out that i had posted. well here are the pics let me know what you guys think...
