Hey guys. I promised that i would post a few update pics when i took them, so here you go. Only 4 weeks out from the USA's, and feeling great. I'm going to tighten up a little bit more, before deciding how to come in. Hope to see all of you out in vegas.

Thanks, everyone!! It seems like time is flying this contest prep. I am also doing the LA championships a week before the USA's. Just making final adjustments to the diet, and everything should dial right in. Can't wait to get on stage.
