HI long time I posted pics here. Last was before Excalibur 2007 where I came second in the heavyweight.

Will do a show in 2½ week and one more in 3½ week.

Thanks everyone, well trying to improve my bad parts tho to injuries.
But Iám getting there.

Toke new pics at my home gym in the basement today, now we talking vascularity! will post them later today or tomorrow ok. Not downloaded yet to computer.

But I can say this week benn a hell , my 3 year old twin boys got the worst flu ever puking like hell and diarrea and a catsh a cold, but shape getting better.

Well will do to Grand Prix show here in Scandinavian first one in Sweden Grand PRix pople all over europe will come.
ANd then a show in Denmark week after.

And in July I will hopefully do the LA Championship and in Dec Excalibur so this year will be 4 competitions.
I´ve done over 40 shows since I was 19 years old.
Turning 32 this year.
